SMS INSTALLATION
1. FESTEN, BIT TEATERGARASJEN, BERGEN, NORWAY 17/02, 2000

The installation was based on the audience at the party being given plastic flyers with a mobile telephone number, where they could send text messages. The front display of the mobilephone was filmed and projected live on a large screen at the bar. During the party there was a huge amount of messages being sent to the phone.

4. FESTEN, BIT TEATERGARASJEN, BERGEN, NORWAY 02/12, 2000

The installation was based on that all the participants at the party got a queue note and were then later called up by an electronic queuenote system, similar to the ones used in banks etc. One and one of the audience were led behind a curtain and filmed. The film was projected live on a big screen at the bar. The audience could choose if they would read out words combined with theatre, for example: sick theater, TV theatre, emotional theatre, bad theatre, lost theatre, paranoid theatre etc. The words were projected via an overhead projector, beside the audience members face and the result filmed. How the different people reacted to be in front of the camera, and what they chose to do and not to do was an important element of the installation.
